Liquid nitrogen freezer has much lower freezing temperature down to -150°C, instead of using hours, liquid nitrogen freeze the food in only few minutes. Quick freezing makes smaller ice crystal and preserve the cells and texture. Therefore, it makes the frozen foods has the same quality as fresh ones.
Liquid nitrogen freezer are suitable for all kinds of product, both IQF and block freezing. Our liquid nitrogen freezers are widely used in seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetable, ready meals, cooked products, etc.
