Production Process of Round Holes Perforated Metal Mesh Plates
Step 1 Mold Design & Fabrication
The perforating process starts with the accuracy of mold design and fabrication. We have every confidence in the top quality mold that is principally responsible for top quality perforations.
Therefore in recent years, we have invested a lot of money in the mold design and fabrication, and now we have seen our significantly increased capacity to fabricate molds. Tec-Sieve has a large stock of molds, so ordinary holes patterns will not necessitate the remaking of new molds, and these molds are available directly from our storeroom of molds.
Step 2 Punching
We have the state-of-the-art CNC punching equipment, which are of 16MT, 25MT, 40MT and 80MT types. The daily output can reach up to 2000 square meters. Based upon different material types, the plate thickness usually ranges from 0.1mm to 10mm.
Step 3 Cutting
We have advanced CNC plate shearing machines, which can cut perforated sheets to any accurate sizes you desire.
Step 4 Edge Shearing
If in the production process the plate or sheet edge is out of your tolerance range, our skilled workers can help you remove the excessive edge upon your request.
Step 5 Levelling
We have 2.7 meters wide leveling machines, which enable perforated sheets to be as smooth as the original plates.
The perforated sheets with sheet thickness of 0.4mm to 5m can be levelled.
Step 6 Cleaning
The punching process necessitates the use of lubricants. However we also have an oil removal process, by which dirty marks on the surface can be removed. In this way perforated sheets will look very clean.
Step 7 Shaping and Deep Processing
We can also provide you with a series of subsequent processes, including levelling, cutting, labeling, packaging, deoiling, deburring, forming, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, grinding, bending and coiling.
Step 8 Finishing
The processess such as punching, leveling and cutting can lead to imperfections on the surface of sheet metals, but these imperfections are acceptable in terms of general industrial products.
If you have special requirements, we will take additional measures to avoid such imperfections, and these measures include without limitation powder spraying or painting, electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and anodizing.
