EP Conveyor Belt is the combination of Polyester in warp and Nylon in weft. Chevron/Pattern Conveyor Belt | ||||||
Chevrons belt with chevrons moulded and directly integrated in the cover of the conveyor belt, in order to increase the friction between the belt and material conveyed.

Steel Cord Conveyor Belt | ||||||
1. High tensile strength: The belts are suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials.
2. Small elongation in use: The belts need only a very short take-up stroke distance.
3. Small diameter of drive pulley: The carcass has a layer of longitudinally arranged steel cords as its skeleton,and thus is resistant to flex fatigue. Therefore, drive pulley of smaller diameter can be used to make the equipment smaller.
4. High adhesion between rubber and steel cord: The steel cords are coated with zinc on their surface, and also the rubber used has the property of good adhesion with steel cords. Therefore, the rubber is tightly adhered to the steel cords and is resistant to shock and difficult to drop, so the rubber belts are long in service life.
5. Even tension of steel cords: Out of our advanced techniques in manufacturing, the steel cords are very evenly arranged and have the same tension, so the belts are well balanced in running and difficult to run deviation.
6. Good troughability: As the carcass has no transverse skeleton, it is easy to form a deep trough, so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.

Solid Woven Conveyor Belt | ||||||
Used for underground material conveying in the coal mine, also for the material conveying of metallurgy and chemical industry.
Type: PVC and PVG.
Belt Construction:
For PVC belt, top rubber and bottom rubber are PVC coating cover, single-sided cover rubber thickness not less than 1.0mm.For PVG belt, top rubber and bottom rubber are nitrile rubber and PVC, single-sided cover rubber thickness: 1.5mm-4.5mm.
Feature:
The Solid woven conveyor belt is made from the whole belt core via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride dipping agent or vulcanization. It features largely in the high strength, heavy load, and stable conveyance performance. Besides, it is fire retardant, anti-static, shock resistant, wearable and corrosion resistant. The new generation SWR solid woven fire resistant belt which was researched by ZHENXING have been put into production, the property and life of the belts is improved a lot which is approved by our customers.
Solid Woven Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt: Pressed PVC type, both top and bottom covers are PVC, thickness of each side can be up to 4mm, the belt has much more advantages than non pressed PVC belt on impact resistance, water soaking, with longer service life, higher fastener holding. | Solid Woven Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt: PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the troughability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. 1. Our range of HR(T1) Conveyor Belt are heat resistant suitable for continuous Temperature up to 125 degree centigrade on belt surface and 180 degree Centigrade for material handled.
2. Our range of SHR (T2) Conveyor Belt are used for handling material up to 150 degree centigrade on belt surface and 200 degree Centigrade for material handled.
3. Our range of UHR(T3) Conveyor Belt are used for controlled high temperature Applications, it is suitable for continuous service up to 180 degree centigrade on belt surface and 220 degree Centigrade for material handled.
Applications:These heat resistant conveyor belts are well-suited for heat resistance applications, where the temperature of conveyed materials is over 80°C. HR & OR Belt (Heat & Oil Resistance) | |||||
Heat & Oil Resistance belt are manufactured using specially formulated rubber compounds. They are suitable for transporting a very wide range of materials which are coated with oil or may have traces of it.
Few applications demand a certain degree of resistance to oil. The general purpose conveyor belts are designed to withstand abrasion and wear, however they are not designed to withstand a higher level of oil resistance. This results in the swelling of cover when they come into contact with petroleum based oils, greases, animal or vegetable fats, etc. The resultant swelling of the rubber leads to failure of the belt due to reverse troughing, joint separation or cover delamination.
To address this challenge, we offer a large range of Oil Resistant belts in the industry which can be customised to suit individual industry needs.

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belts | |||||
Product features:
- Oil resistant conveyor belt carries parts and components coated with machine oil, heavy-oil treated coal in cooking plants and electric power generating plants, soybean draff, fish meat and other oily materials. Materials containing non-polar organic solvents and fuel.
- The belt compounded of oil resistant synthetic rubber has good resistance to the damaging effects encountered when conveying oil contaminated or treated materials.
- Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into two types according to cover properties: Anti-abrasive type(D) and Ordinary type(L).
1. MOR belts are used in the situations which are not very critical, outside area; only require certain oil resistance grade.
2. OR belts are used in the highly greasy plants especially inside, which requires a very high oil resistance grade.
Applications: Suitable for transporting garbage, sewage and substances containing oil
- Oil Resistant 210, NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) Excellent resistances to abrasions and tearing. Resistant to oils, except aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and esters.
- Oil Resistant 220, NBR + NR (natural rubber) Mild oil resistance. Used in applications requiring resistances to oil and cold, such as transporting wood chips, frozen fish, cereal or grains.
- Oil Resistant 300, PVC + NBR polyblend High degree of oil resistance, for use at temperatures up to about 80°C. Suitable for raw or packaged food conveyance.

Flame Resistant rubber belting features: the belt is not removed, the elongation is small, the impact resistance, the tear resistance.

Applications:
Fire resistant conveyor belts possess self-extinguishing design and prevent fire from spreading over the entire belt. In order to ensure the fire retardant properties of these fire resistant belts, we conduct various testing according to ISO standards. These tests include drum friction test, flame test, electrical resistance test etc.
It have steel cord conveyor belt and PVC PVG conveyor belt for used in up and down the pit. And Self-extinguishing conveyor belt designs prevent fires from spreading over the entire belt. Fire retardant conveyor belt designs protect the belt from attack by hot materials that could otherwise reduce its service life.

Generally a rubber conveyor belt can produce a pulley surface temperature of up to 500°C (930°F). The visual appearance of flame or glow is not permitted.
SURFACE RESISTANCE TEST
An electrostatic charge may build up on the conveyor belt surface and ignite a mixture of flammable gases and air.
Therefore the surface resistance of the conveyor belt covers has to be below 300 MOhms.
HIGH-ENERGY PROPANE BURNING TEST
Conveyor belt must not conduct fire. In order to determine whether a conveyor belt fulfills this requirement, it is ignited by a propane burner. After the ignition source has been removed, the flames must self-extinguish within a certain time frame or within a certain distance. A typical sample for this test is 2 m long at full width.
