Product Description
aquatic plant harvester introduce :
1.The aquatic weed harvesters are hydraulically driven with reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head to cut the aquatic weed.2.The weed is then transferred from the front conveyor through middle conveyor to the storage hold,with the water filtrated during the tranportating.
3.The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants and this harvested weed is then transferred to the shoreline or into a dump truck via a shore conveyor.
1.It can be remotely controlled in the operation cabin oncluding the navagation, collecting water weed, collecting floating floating trash and unloding job.
2.All the gathering, collecting, draining, and unloading work fully automatic,the efficiency is very hiugh, which is tens times of man power.
4.It will be adjusted according to the collecting depth. Front collecting cabin, middle collecting cabin and rear collecting cabin are all conveyed by stsinless steeel conveyor belt.
1.The structure of the mowing boat is mainly composed of the mowing part, the separation part of aquatic plants, the lifting part of aquatic plants, the conveying part and the hull part.
2. The mowing part includes the mowing arm, chain, bucket, four-corner rotating wheel, reducer, marine gear box, arm support square frame, mechanical transmission and other parts.
3.The separation part of aquatic plants is mainly composed of rolling screen and mechanical transmission.
4.The lifting part includes supporting frame, double lifting frame, pulley, hoist and so on.
5.The conveying part of the mowing boat is composed of conveying rods, conveying belts, rotating drums, mechanical transmissions, etc.
